1. Data we collect
Account data such as your email address and authentication details; billing data needed to process payments; and usage data such as the pages you view and features you use. We collect only what we need to run and improve the service.
2. How we use data
To provide and secure the service, process payments, send service and (where you opt in) marketing communications, respond to support requests, and analyse and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sub-processors
We share data with trusted service providers strictly to operate the service. Our current sub-processors are: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and delivery), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Telegram (optional alerts), Anthropic (AI-generated analysis), Upstash (rate limiting and caching), and Sentry (error monitoring).
Each sub-processor handles data only as needed for its function and under appropriate data-protection terms.
4. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it).
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@metrickick.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
